This company was founded as Scott-Woolf incorporated when Gary Scott and Billy Woolf went into business in 1993. They started with one stocked truck and a customer base of approximately 300 people. In 1994, they purchased Schraer Heating & Air Conditioning which had begun operation in 1946 when Omar Schraer began building and installing furnaces. His service area consisted of Warren and Montgomery County. In the 1950's, Mr. Schraer added air conditioning to the services he provided. Gary and Billy have continued Schraer's commitment to provide the most current innovations to their customers by adding high efficiency and geothermal units to the product mix.
